Several young employees with not too much experience, so the service was poor. It looked like there was no boss to frame them. It's chirpy after ... And the place is dubiously clean ....

One star for the cleanliness of the place and another for the hot coffee.       I bring my cup to reduce my carbon footprint but employees use a cardboard cup to measure before pouring into my cup. I wonder what is better, give me 2 cents more coffee or use a cup of cardboard to measure and then throw it? I mentioned them but I seemed to be an alien for them.          I order a sandwich with sausage, the employee who made it calls aloud "egg-bacon sandwich." I do not take it because it does not have what I ordered. counter and told me it's my sandwich, no it's not mine, I ordered with sausage, he looks in the bag and says "yes that's right, sausage." Yes, but the person who did it well said bacon ... And he told me again that it sausage.So I leave and take the road to see me by taking the first butcher that is good with bacon and not with sausage.That said, here is another TH striped from my fast food list.

I have nothing against this Tim Hortons in particular. His employees are impeccable.I have against the menu of all Tim Hortons: everything is too sweet, too fat ... even the Beyond meat is too salty! The only health option is tea, or a real coffee, or water. Surprised that there are still chains that wallow in the permanently non-edible.In this regard, Nautilus has published tips for "surviving" when caught in those places unable to produce a balanced full meal.

The cashier didn't take our order correctly, and normally when the cashier makes a mistake, they're supposed to cover for it. Instead, they charged us for an extra ice cappuccino. I don't mind that we had to pay more, but it was the poor service that pushed me to give a negative review.

I do not know if I'm unlucky but it's been 3 times I stop for 2 weeks and the atmosphere is really nil. Every time it's 2 or 3 men working and every time they get bored or stubborn in front of us as if they were alone. It gives me a very bad service in my opinion. In addition the fidelitim card system is always out of use.

I go here every morning before work and the service is ridiculously long. And 2 times out of 3 they don't have frozen lemonade or chocolate chip. I've been to the car order and inside and never have I waited less than 20 minutes even when there is no one in line...very frustrating
